Muhammad Bilal Ibrahim is the Chief Executive and a founder of RIGEL LAW.

Muhammad Bilal is a registered advocate High Court. However, prior to becoming a lawyer was in field of Electrical Engineering and has always been excellent in Mathematics. However, He decided to adopt and pursue with the profession of law, so was his passion since long.

Muhammad Bilal has never looked back since entering into this profession of law in 2014 and has been continuously flourishing in the field of law with each passing day. He has successfully completed his Masters of Law from Berkeley School of Law at University of California, USA. In addition, He has successfully completed two specializations from Berkeley School of Law one in (i) Business Laws and the other one is in (ii) International Laws.

Muhammad Bilal has an experience of working in the legal wing at Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan. Before setting up his independent practice, he has worked in two prestigious Law Firms located in Islamabad. His work has always been greatly acknowledged by the clients, peers and seniors in law firm. To gain experience he has worked in almost every area of law in his initial years of practice and independently argued in number of cases.

Muhammad is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and English.
